After applying Camera Raw
Design Thoughts:
I used the crop tool to straighten the image and also to make Mickey's Fun Wheel less in the center. I also balanced the temperature, added luminance, and lightend the image to make the colors pop more. I also wanted to make sure that the clarity was good, so I added to the clarity and sharpened the image.
How I edited this in Camera Raw:
I first used Camera Raw's crop tool to straighten the image. I then used the following settings:
